When we bought our house a year ago it came with the dishwasher. I am guessing it's about 4 yrs old. I always rinse my dishes before placing them in the dishwasher. But no matter what cycle I run my dishes on the top shelf aren't getting clean. Earlier in the week it was also making a horrible grinding noise, but has stopped now. Any suggestions? Thanks Tanya
