approx. 1" of water remains in the bottom of the dishwasher after a cycle finises

0 On my gsd6610g00ww some crud got stuck down the drain well. I had to remove the top rotor and tubing to remove the cage. Tubing has a snap ridge to hold it in. I thought I broke it at first, but it comes out with force. I syphoned out all the water and bent a coathanger wire into a hook to fish out the hair and other debris in the hole down and to the left. It worked after that.
