The dishwasher is newly installed. It fills and pumps water out. However, no water comes out of the spray arms what-so-ever and (obviously) spray arms do not rotate. Looking for plumbing or component schematic so can better determine if the problem is with the circulating pump or with other component or issue. It is possible that low water pressure could be a problem. But, don't understand how that would prevent water from circulating within the unit once there is adequate water levels.
