0 We are having the same issue with the soap not dissolving and the dishes are not getting cleaned. We have tried liquids and powder both but it does not seem to make a difference

0 Same problem. I'm digging into it now. Looks like the orifices on my wand arms (the dishwasher people, please) are clogged. trying to un clog. Maybe that will help.
