Question About GE Dishwasher GLD 4900PWW
the problem is after loading and starting the mac...

the problem is after loading and starting the machine it finishes the complete cycle bbut when i open the door I find the soap dispenser door opened with the soap still dripping on the door and the bottom of the washer. The dishes have not been washed but the heating element remains hot. It shows that the water did not enter the tub.
