Wash Cycle Blocked Washer Arm warning...

Only during the Wash Cycle does the Blocked Washer Arm warning come on every 2 minutes. But it doesn't alarm during the pre-wash or the rinse cycles. This is even with the lower rack out. I have replaced the lower gasket, that the wash arm sits on and today I am going to replace the rubber check valve... Any other ideas?
