My 1997 JTP85 micro/oven combo does not heat up on...

My 1997 JTP85 micro/oven combo does not heat up on bake, only on broil. continuity on element is good. I get only 115 VAC on one lead. Is there an eternal fuse? And if yes, where? Kramer
