Question About GE Freezer fum 14dmdrwh
freezer won't turn on after defrosting...

I defrosted the freezer (inside cleaning also) and plugged it back in. It won't start back up. The compressor does not kick in, the light will not come on, power to the plug is ok, & plugged in elsewhere. Nothing. Let all ice melt naturally, wiped inside with cloth, and did not use any kind of scraper.

1 I have solved the problem, my stupity, was plugging my sons guitar amp in instead of the freezer plug as they look the same.
