Question About GE Freezer GE FCM15CMB WH

Anyone have the manual? How to adjust temp? Freezer is jammed in tight spot and I can barely turn adjustment know to right but did, but temp did not go down, Its currently at 10C, but I want -15C. reply to me at Nadine.Jernberg@testamericainc.com
