I was wondering if at the very bottom of the freezer and at the back, if there's supposed to be a layer of ice. I've never noticed it before and I'm not sure if it was there before. It's almost like there's a pocket there and it has ice in it. It would span from side to side and appears like it's at the bottom of the insside back wall and comes out a little on the bottom of the freezer.
