Just re-installed my disposal, but having problems with leaks coming from the discharge right at the disposal. I have tried various "O" tings, but still getting leaks. Very poor design with the discharge is right over electrical hook-up creating a possible electrical shock or death. Should be a sealed removable cover of the electrical hook up OR the electrical should be on the opposite than the disposal discharge tubing. "Terrible & hazardous design!"
