Hello, since yesterday our garbage disposal is dead, i.e. it makes no sound whatsoever, not even humming. I pressed the red reset button, but it didn't help. I checked the electricity outlet and there is still power coming out, so right now I have no idea what it could be other than it might be completely broken. We bought the house in January this year, so I have no clue how old that device is. Appreciate any help, Richard
