my ge icemaker creaks loudly in a ge profile freez...

my ge icemaker creaks loudly in a ge profile freezer on the bottom refrigerator. The creak is only present when the freezer light switch is off.( e.g. the switch which closes when the door closes to shut off the light in the freezer). Other than the creak, it weems to workd as well as ever
