Advantium microwave zsc2000- turntable stopped turning- I already reset the motor by turning the power off and back on but did not help- any trouble shooting help is appreciated

0 some have a pink colored coupling made out of ceramic material, that cracks. A TORX screw holds the color on, underneath the turntable. the motor is probably o.k. it is most likely the ceramic coupling.
