I have a JMV1840 Over the Range Microwave oven and...

I have a JMV1840 Over the Range Microwave oven and it has started beeping. There are three beeps and the screen show F3 on it. I have shut the power to it to stop the beeping, but would like to know what the code stands for an if I can fix this.
