I'm trying to remove my old jvm190 002.. It seems ...

I'm trying to remove my old jvm190 002.. It seems like it's fastened with screws on top on the 2 ends and it doesn't budge. I can't get to the back of the microwave though. I'm trying to find the manual online to see how it was installed. Or maybe u guys can give me a hint Thanks
