Inside the microwave GE SpacemakerXL JVM1331002 year 1996, is a round plastic disk on the roof, it say open one way closed the other, this we figure is to get to the bulb but we can't get it open, it won't turn. Is there a trick to getting this open. sunject :- Microwave. Thank you.
