Question About GE Microwave Oven JES1358WL 01
microwave des not heat up anymore...

If any key is pressed, it displayed Err. Display time is counting down but no heat. After this problem occured, door open did not stop disc rotation. After door close stopped it. Now disc is not rotating at all and no heat. Please help me to diagnose this problem.
