0 You have replaced the low voltage fuse (240V one) but have not replaced the HT (high tension) fuse that protects the HT supply to the Magnatron, the thing that makes the microwaves to cook your food. DONT repair this yourself. Its dangerous. Get a qualified service technician to replace this part - or get a new microwave. Sometimes these fuses go for spaecious reasons, other times they do so because the magnetron is cactus and is worth more than the cost of a new microwave. Either way - it seems like this unit may have been hit by a spike on the mains due to a storm or such and could be permanently damaged and unreliable even if the replaced HT fuse allowed it to function for a time.
