Question About GE Microwave Oven JVM1750SM1SS
Power Settings...

I set my microwave on 10% power to soften butter and now it won't return to full power. When I press "Power Level" a message appears on the display that says, "Power level may not be changed at this time." How do I get back to full power?

2 Start the microwave in the 2 minute mode. When it starts, hit the power button. You will then be given the option to change the power level. It can't be changed unless it's powered up.

2 Thanks. I did do that and got it up to ninety percent power which is okay. Still perplexed about how and why this happened and why it won't return to normal. Thanks for your input.
