The microwave is in demo mode and we can't get to to work / heat items. We called cusrtomer service (not tech support) after not being able to get help from the manual of FAQ. Customer service said pull out the power cord or shutout the fuse for 30 seconds - it hasn't worked. Customer service says we need to pay $80 or so to help phone help. That sounds steep.
