The touchpad has frozen. When I plug and unplug the oven the clock comes on but can't be controlled. The keypad numbers don't control their respective output (e.g. if I press the 1 either nothing happens or some other number might be displayed); the control panel buttons don't work either. The fan, light, and boost buttons do work, displaying the fan output (high, medium, low) appropriately. Do I need to replace the touchpad, or is there a way to reset it or fix it as is? THank you.
