We have a JVM1740 Microwave and I amtrying to change the charocoal filter since it is not vented outside. I am having trouble getting the grille off. I have tried to pull the grille staright off and it seems hooked at the bottom. sSI have tried to slide the grille tothe left and pull it straight off and that doesn't seem to work either. Waht help can you give me?
