I HAVE A GE PROFILE OVEN 164D3871P006-1 LAST WEEK I TRY TO BAKE FOOD IN THE CONVECTION OVEN BUT THE PANEL IS LOCKED. I CAN OPEN THE OVEN BUT IT DOES NOT ALLOW ME TO EVEN USE THE TIMER NOR THE OVEN KEY PAD. EVERY TIME I TOUCH THE PAD IT SAYS: LOC. WHAT SHOULD I DO TO UNLOCK THE KEY PAD. THANK YOU, MIMI
