I need the manual for an old General Electric oven...

I need the manual for an old General Electric oven. A coquette model# looks like j21afh11810. By old I mean 40 years old. Still connected to the wall not by a 3 prong plug I think. In an apartment and need to know how to turn on oven light so I can see what's baking Thanks Heather
