0 I am having a similar problem with baking not cooking properly (too long). I have checked the oven temperature with an oven thermometer and the oven is actually 75 degrees lower than displayed. If you have already replaced the oven sensor then there is a small internal fan than exhausts the very hot air at the top of the oven thru the opening at the front. Check this fan - it should operate above 300 degrees. It is used to balance the temp in the oven and to prevent overheating of the oven 'touch' control board. Good luck. I will be checking mine this weekend.

0 I am still not sure if the fan I previously mentioned should come on only during the clean cycle. Newer wall ovens do come on at about 300 degrees. The primary purpose of this fan is to remove hot air from above the oven and prevent overheating of the control board. Further investigation suggests that the problem could be the control board. These boards are no longer available but can be repaired.
