Question About GE Range XL44
GE Xl44 gas range...

I have a GE Profile XL44 gas range. I ran the self cleaning and it heated and cooled but never unlocked. It is not an external knob lock but an electric one. Have tried powering it down for 30 seconds but no change. HELP me please and thank you!
