Goodness, I don't know what stove we have, but it is old, has 4 element burners with a row of push buttons on the top left front face and says Surface on the top. It does not have a tower. My problem is the oven door will not open. Would appreciate knowing what is wrong and how to fix it. Thank you, Herman
