I have a GE range with the numbers 164D3871/P001. ...

I have a GE range with the numbers 164D3871/P001. These are the only numbers that I can find. After using my oven, I get a beeping sound as if the timer is going off; when I check F2 is flashing. Can you tell me what is wrong?
