Question About GE Range ZDP30N4
thermostat replacement...

GE zdp36n6dss range with apparently faulty thermostat. During the cleaning cycle, there was a sprak and now the door does not opern. I have taken the front panel off but am having difficulty removing the ledge. There are 4 screws as described but removing them does not allow the ledge panel to be lifted.
