we are having problems with this range. It was working fine and then gradually quit turning on. We ordered the new control panel and the strip, but it still won't come on or work. the light says Loc and rEF on the display. What can it be, my husband has experience in this area and knows he hooked up the new panel just like the old one was hooked up.
