the temp control set at 7 for both freezer and fresh compartment (9 is coldest of 0~9 settings). you can hear it running, but the temp insides are both very high. Freezer does not freez at all and both temperatures are lower than room temp though. At some point it becomes quiet for a while and then it begins to run again with much longer running than stopping. I would like to know what's possibly wrong with it. Is this something I can fix it by myself? I have the manual and it says 197D3351P005. It's side by side refrig. Thanks
