HOW DO I TURN MY ICE DISPENSER/COLD WATER PART OF THE ICE MAKER ON. THE ICE MAKER WAS NOT USED FOR MANY YEARS, BUT I FINALLY PUT IT TO USE AGAIN. IT MAKES ICE WITH NO PROBLEM, BUT THE WATER DISPENSER AND THE ICE DISPENSER LEVERS THAT ONE PUSHES TO GET COLD WATER AND ICE WITHOUT OPENING THE FREEZER DO NOT OPERATE WHEN PUSHED.
