5 My freezer section of my fridge just started doing this and I found the drain hole was blocked with ice . The only way I can figure out to fix mine since the drain is where I can only get to the starting and end of it ( the tube is inside the fridge where I can't get to it to melt it with a blow dryer ) is to empty every thing out , open the doors and turn it off till the ice blocking the tube is totally melted , then restart it .
