Ice bulds up under and in crispers and then frefri...

Ice bulds up under and in crispers and then frefrigerater doesn't stay cool/cold. We vacummed motor in back and defrosted and became quiet and worked fine for 2 weeks and now ice is back in and under crispers and frig is up to 15 degrees! What to do? Frig is about 10 years old and has a bottom freezer.
