0 Back when the refrigerator was about 3 months old my daughter was able to speak with a customer service rep and then a support rep. both told her it was normal for this to happen and to just clean it up. She has been doing this for the last 4 years, every two to three months. I am writing now because i have just discovered the problem and now i am furious about this problem. The last time i checked we we're not living in a third world country. I purchased this product online with my credit card, at the time i had a high opinion of GE products and would like very much to hear back from someone with authority that can tell me that my problem with this refrigerator is "NORMAL" refri
