My GE Profille Models 24 Built-in Style 28 and 30 ...

My GE Profille Models 24 Built-in Style 28 and 30 suddenly stopped working! Any suggestions as to what might have happened. First I saw water on the floor. Slowing the freezer temperature change to hot and at the same time refrigeration on right side started getting warmer? Please provide an idea as to what has happened before I contact a repairman.
