Question About GE Refrigerator PFS22MIS
Not cooling- cannot reset...

Refrigerator AND Freezer NOT cooling - temp keeps going UP. I have tried to reset but every time I take my finger off the digital control, it reverts back to same temp. Ice cream turned into SOUP> Help!!
