Our freezer is frosting up on the back wall and not staying cold. Most of the stuff in the freezer at the top is no longer frozen. Just noticed it a couple of hours ago. The fridge also isn't staying cold either. Not sure what's going on. Compressor? Coils? Thermostat? Anyone have any ideas. Thanks for any help.
