The water dispenser periodically stops dispensing....

The water dispenser periodically stops dispensing. I seems to be freezing up. I open the freezer door and shut of the power, and after an hour or so, the water will flow again. I have the temp set at 1 degree for the freezer. We live in Hawaii where it is humid. Any suggestions?
