There is ice build up on the top of the dispenser where ice comes from the maker into the door. It's not hard ice, but more like snow. It appears that the door that opens to let ice go into your glass stays open all the time and let's moisture in from the out side. Am I correct to think this is the problem, or is it something else causing the ice build up?
