water valve tube routing & voltage check at valves...

water valve tube routing & voltage check at valves. water valve dispenser pushed,valve gets power but no water flow,but if I disconnect connector and apply 120v to valve,water flows . mod # GE Profile performance TFX28PBBGWW .any suggestions . thanks david patterson
