We have a GE side by side refrigerator, model GSF ...

We have a GE side by side refrigerator, model GSF 251 GZB WW, w/water and ice in the door. The water freezes where it comes out. GE tells us that they don't have a problem with this model. Is there a heater available for this model w/instructions for installing or some other answer to the problem?
