Hi, The vent was working properly in its raised position and when I tried to turn it off, it forced again something and then dropped suddenly to its bottom/closed position. Now, when I try to turn it on, it makes a noise (such as an electric motor forcing against something) and would not raise anymore. If you recommend to disasemble it, where can I find some sketches? Thanks.
