GE Profile Tri Temp Water Dispenser GXcf25HBS Will not cool water or refrigerator. Unplugged and reset switch to no avail. Cold water is actually warm. I do not use the hot water function. No house fuse or circuit breaker is tripped. The green light is on. Blue light not on, do not hear compressor running.
