My ZET757 oven controller display is very very ver...

My ZET757 oven controller display is very very very dim gradually dimmer for years, and now the oven is not functioning well until RESET the power on/off, then it lock up again. How do I even open up to check the electronic? I am an EEng, so I can do some work, but I can not remove the controller.
