My monogram icemaker has a green light lit but the...

My monogram icemaker has a green light lit but the off has a flashing red light. The unit will not turn off or on. None of the buttons will work on front either & its making no noises & not producing ice. What could be wrong? I Hv unplugged it numerous times w no changes.
