Question About GE Monogram Ice Maker ZDI15CBB
NO ICE - FREEZES HUGH CHUNK ON PLATE BUT WON'T RELEASE...

Monogram Ice Machine ZDI15CBB - Makes ice on plate but won't release to cutter. Have cleaned it with cleaner 3 times and still won't release. Turn it on clean and then in a few minutes it releases the ice from plate. Need help as to what is wrong. Hugh family coming for thanksgiving with ice machine not working.
