5 year old 42" GE Monogram side-by-side built-in: ...

5 year old 42" GE Monogram side-by-side built-in: Ice maker is not making ice. There is water to the unit, power is on to ice maker (green LED lite), and the freezer temp is @ -3 deg. F (-19 deg. C). Any suggestions other than calling a repairman will be appreciated. Thank you.
