Ice and water dispenser not working, do not see how to replace the panel.

2 Chances are, the inside workings are frozen. Get a blow dryer. Remove the upper shelf in the freezer side. Turn off the ice maker. Remove the ice bucket. Blow hot air in the area behind the ice bucket. You will see a device sticking out that turns the spiral inside the ice bucket. The goal is to get it moving. Keep hot air on it until it thaws. Chances are it will cause water to drip down inside the freeze compartment. So I recommend you take all the frozen foods out, store it in ice chests and use the opportunity to give the freezer a thorough cleaning.

0 will try that again. right now the switch seems to be frozen and the drive mechanism is not moving at all.
